Key Responsibilities:
📊 Project management of construction
• Control over the implementation of capital construction and restoration projects of cultural facilities.
• Coordination of construction work schedules.
• Interaction with contractors, design bureaus, and government bodies.
• Monitoring timelines, budgets, and work quality.
📑 Documentation and reporting
• Preparation of project documentation and compilation of reports.
• Ensuring compliance of all processes with regulatory requirements.
📌 Quality and deadline control
• Checking compliance with construction standards and technical regulations.
• Risk assessment and minimization.
• Organizing the commissioning of facilities.
💰 Financial control
• Management of construction project budgets.
• Cost optimization and cooperation with financial partners.
💼 Participation in unique Foundation projects
• Implementation of large-scale initiatives for construction and restoration of cultural objects.
• Introduction of modern technologies in construction projects.
Candidate requirements:
✔️ Higher education in construction, architecture, or project management.
✔️ At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
✔️ Knowledge of construction standards and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
✔️ Experience working with contractors and government bodies.
✔️ Fluent in Russian, Uzbek, and English.
✔️ Developed skills in planning, analysis, and control.
